Deployment process

• Survey & Requirement Collection
  Site survey of existing facilities, electrical systems, and loads. Discussions with clients to determine operational needs, technical standards, capacity, and expansion options.

• Technical Design & Single-Line Diagram
  Preparation of single-line diagrams and general layouts. Electrical calculations, equipment selection (MCB/MCCB/ACB), cabling, and busbar design per IEC/TCVN standards. Preparation of detailed design drawings, BOM (bill of materials), and cost estimates.

• Design Approval & Contract Signing
  Present proposed solutions to clients, finalize technical and material specifications, and sign contracts for supply, installation, and warranty.

• Fabrication & Assembly
  Cutting, bending, punching, welding, painting, and machining of enclosures as per design. Assembly of devices, wiring, labeling, and testing of mechanical and electrical quality before factory dispatch.

• Transportation & On-Site Installation
  Delivery of switchboards to site, positioning, power connection, and control wiring. Ensuring electrical safety and system continuity.

• Testing & Commissioning
  Insulation resistance testing, dielectric testing, and tightening checks. No-load and load tests. Functional testing of protection systems. Handover and operator training with documentation.

• Warranty & Maintenance
  Provision of warranty services as per contract. Recommendations for periodic inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure stable and safe operation.
